The Growing Pains Of A Slightly Bent, Not Broken Sunflower

It's all about me. This place is where I can express myself without being scared of censorship or that kind of shit. I am politically incorrect. I have an opinion about everything and this is where I spit out my venom. The views here are completely mine and are biased. If you don't like it, dear friends, foes and fans, I sincerely don't give a fuck. Read further if you want, but be warned... I'm crazy.

Keep bleeding, keep keep bleeding love.

One thing that annoys me is what has become or what is becoming of Amy Winehouse. I mean please. She's- at least she used to be beautiful and her voice is so good. But drugs are doing her head in. It's a shame seeing talented young people do all sorts of stuff to themselves. Oh well. I'm off to listen to Leona Lewis' Bleeding Love. Amy, getta grip.

Alalaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
I was applying for jobs online when Preety knocked like crazy on my door and got in and told me to open the windows and look out. Shit I'm so happy I have to write it in Creole or else it won't do justice to the happiness I feel. Apparently some niggers were acting dumb on the bus. So the driver stopped and called the police. Hehehe.

*Snow*

I have finally seen it! The snow! At Easter! How strange but nice! I had given up on the idea of finally seeing it and was well chuffed when it was there. On Saturday it was very sleety (rain and snow together) The snow was too thin and it melted as soon as it touched the ground or my skin. I was looking outside the window in the kitchen when I saw it. As soon as I realised what it was, I ran out, excited and started screaming. But I was very dissapointed to see it not sticking. Then on Sunday, it was sleety again. Then after a few moments the flakes came down bigger and bigger. It was magical. I went outside again and opened my mouth and ate a few flakes. Hihihi. There's a park near to where I live and as I am new to snow, and I know that it can be pretty spectacular, I armed myself with the camera and shot away. A nice way to spend Easter Sunday...

I'm eating a mango salad right now. Man. SO good.

I was in bed last night, at around 1 am. I couln't sleep. Maneka called and asked if she could borrow a pair of shorts and a tee shirt for Alan as he was gonna come in. So I took the opportunity to get off the bed. When I went in the kitchen we realised that there was no food left for Alan. So at 1 am me and Maneka cooked some rougaille dizef and zaricot tanne touffer. Alan had his dinner and we were up having Carribian Twist and Archers til 03:30. Then I went to bed and slept like a log. At 4 there was hailstones but I didn't know about it. Sad. There's sleet forecasted for tomorrow. Well. Oh yeah and I'm adding another Weatherpixie cos the other one is for Mauritius weather. Let's go.

Sealed with a kiss
Hiya bloggaz. I'm just about to go to the gym and I have a few spare moments so I decided that I have to write something. Which I am doing. I was watching out of my room window earlier and school was out and since I live just opposite Kingsbury station, I often see people coming in and out of that station. It's Easter soon and I think there's a school near where I live cos there's always loadsa school kids walking around. Today all of the kids were dressed. They looked really funky. One of the girl was wearing bright neon orange overknee socks on a brown pair of Uggs and a pink tutu. A fat boy was wearing a pink bunny rabbit costume. It was so cute seeing them. They were really funky. And one girl was Red Riding Hood and another one was Tinkerbell. Kids. Me and the girls are not to be outdone though. We bought these cute pink jammies with 2 seals in the front and "Sealed with a kiss" written on them at Primark some time back and as soon as we got them, after shower we just put them on an filed into the living room one after the other giggling like idiots. Kevin took one look at us and said "Eh ki zot gagner? Zot folle non?" There's only one answer to that: WE MIGHT BE CRAZY BUT WE'RE FLIPPIN' CUTE!

Hello all. Oh God it's been a while init? So much's happened. I dunno what to say. I don't work anymore and I'm looking for another job. I've joined the gym and I go everyday. I had a nice weekend and me and Kev went to Ikea on Sunday to get a chest of drawers. It was in a kazillion bits and pieces with like 700 different screws and nails and whatnot but me and my babes worked at it. And in less than an hour and a half the thing was done. It was really nice doing it. Some piccies.

Not bad eh?

Yeah and I also got a(nother) haircut which sent my mum "Look at you!" Our friend Jessica got it done in our bathroom. Was quite nice.

Before

After

And as usual I did clumsy stuff. Kevin's uncle came over to stay and this is what I did one day to his toothbrush. I swear it had legs and was moving on its own. Or else it's a world conspiracy. Everybody places everything in a way that when it comes to my turn, everything is gonna go wrong. I was just opening that bloody cabinet to take out my toothbrush yeah, and it just happened.

I felt so shameful. Just two days before I accidentally let his tongue grater fall in the same place. I was stammering when I broke the truth to him cos I felt so shameful, doing this to a guest, who is our uncle. But fortunately he just laughed it off and gave me money to buy him another toothbrush.
Hmm and on Saturday I went to this Mauritian party in the honour of the 40th anniversary of the Republic of Mauritius. Nitish Joganah was singing live. It was so nice hearing his songs. Dilo areter 9hr, Crapo crier... God. It felt like I was back in Mauritius.
Long live Mauritius.
Long live Mauritians.
Long live Mauritians who live in the UK.
And who want to eat glasson raper.
